Based on our years of experience in developing initiatives to attract, welcome and retain newcomers, we believe in a step-by-step approach to provide insight into the true potential for a new initiative and where the strength lies to actually realize and safeguard it.

Give everyone the opportunity to give an opinion about the ideal interpretation of the initiative and ask them directly whether and how they would like to play a role in it.
2. Create ownership
By establishing ownership you keep the initiative moving and adaptable to the changing wishes of those involved.
